（Beijing ADD G20）
What you need to know:
This role will be responsible for developing, executing and managing branch ADD strategy and action plan for designated channels to achieve the production budget and engagement target, including but not limited to:
•Maintain and develop business relationships with specific key partners;
•Initiate and organize events, seminars, trainings and other promotional activities for the key partners in accordance with growth strategy of the company to achieve channel performance metrics.
•Understand the company’s operating procedure to ensure that business operation meet compliance requirements;
•Collect market intelligence and competitors’ information, provide portfolio and market analysis and prepare business reports;
•Timely update and manage the normal settlement and collection of insurance premiums through channels;
•Other duties as instructed by manager and branch general manager;
What we are looking for:
•College degree or above
•P&C Insurance / broking /agency experience is preferred
•Experienced in servicing and dealing with major accounts or in marketing planning and insurance product training will be preferred
•Experience in promoting insurance business outside Beijing is preferred
•Travel arrangements are acceptable
•Good interpersonal skill, teamwork spirit, coordination ability
•High sense of responsibility, resilience and self-driven
•Passion, patience, overall view and communication skill to deal with complex issues
•CET-4 and above
