Key Tasks & Accountabilities:
1.Technical guidance and coach to Employer liability claims team.
2.Handle complicated domestic Body injury claims.
3.Vendor management.
4.Joint efforts with marketing & underwriter in product development and marketing facing activities.
5.Handle claims enquiry from internal & external customers.
6.Reporting and claims data analysis by portfolio / channel.
Qualifications:
1. 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
2.Law education background preferred.
3.Insurance basics.
4.Employer Liability / Medical products.
5.Negotiation, disability related preferred.
6.People management, team leader preferred.
7.Body Injury claims handling.
8.Customer service.
9.Fluent English.
